Happy Stamps : Belgian Landscapes. Issued 29 Jan 2018. Face value €0.84 per stamp.

A word about this issue. Happy Stamps are the name given to the Personalized Stamps produced by BPost in Belgium for customers to add their own custom vignettes to standardized frames.  In addition, BPost produces its own "Happy Stamps" for customers. As these are fully produced and distributed by BPost, I include them in the list of official issues for Belgium.  Several other countries do this (see Singapore and Hong Kong Year of Dog "official" personalized stamps, India's "Mystamp" issues, and the like) so they will be integrated into my listings as I see them being released.

And that wraps up the issues of January 2018 that came to my attention since the end of January. There are likely more and when I get info on them I will post them up :)
